What is a return policy?
Products can be returned after delivery if they are unused, in original condition, and approved after inspection.
Returns are not accepted for used, damaged, or improperly handled items.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
Online payments via Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets)
Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible products
All online payments are securely processed. We do not store your payment details.
Do you deliver across India?
Yes. Bikeomatic delivers all over India, subject to courier service availability in your location.
Delivery timelines vary depending on region and logistics partner.

Before dispatch: Yes, you can cancel for a full refund
After dispatch: No direct cancellation. You must receive the product and then request a return
Prepaid orders: Refunded within 7 working days to the original payment method
COD orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer after product pickup and inspection
Refunds are processed only after return approval.
You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery with clear images or video proof.
Late claims may be rejected.
