Order Cancellation

Before Dispatch

  • Orders can be cancelled anytime before dispatch

  • A full refund will be initiated

After Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled in transit

  • Customers must receive the product first

  • After delivery, a return request can be raised as per our Returns Policy

Returns & Refunds

Return Eligibility

A product is eligible for return only if:

  • It is unused and uninstalled

  • It is in original condition with packaging intact

  • Return request is approved after inspection

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 7 working days

  • Credited to the original payment method used during checkout

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer

  • Customer must share correct bank or UPI details after pickup confirmation

Refunds are initiated only after successful return pickup and inspection.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or video proof

Failure to report within this time frame may result in rejection of the refund or return request.

Non-Refundable Cases
