Eligibility for Returns

Return pickup is arranged through third-party courier partners

Inspection is done after the product reaches our facility

Final return acceptance depends on inspection results

Refund After Return
Prepaid Orders

Refund is initiated within 7 working days after successful inspection

Refund is credited to the original payment method
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Refund is issued via UPI or bank transfer

Customer must provide correct account details after pickup
Refunds will not be processed before pickup and inspection.
Cancellation vs Return

Damaged or Incorrect Products
